As a avid pasta lover, I was very excited to review this next place which is famous for their homemade pasta.

Here is how the shop looks like:

The restaurant is located along Boat Quay, it also has an outdoor dining section for customers that want to enjoy the view while having their meal.

Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore gives customers the choice to customize the type of pasta and sauce that they prefer, and their pasta are all 100% homemade. They even have online catering services for customers that are unable to physical come to the store.

My order:

(left) Fettuccine with Carbonara sauce $19.90

(right) Rucola, Maozzarella Fresca E Pomodorini $21.90

Firstly, the Fettuccine with Carbonara sauce

You can clearly taste how different the homemade pasta is in comparison with the store bought ones. This pasta had a more distinct and flavorful taste to it. The carbonara was a tad heavy for me, but the overall taste with the bacon bits was just lovely.

Next, the Rucola, Maozzarella Fresca E Pomodorini

This pizza is top with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh rucole. Although there were no meat toppings, the mozzarella cheese and tomato base was enough to satisfy my taste buds.

So...... YUM or MEH?

I had very high expectations coming to this restaurant, and I'm glad to say that they did not disappoint. It was a YUM ! The pasta was exceptionally good and the pizza was tasty. Will definitely come back for more!
